Arthur Byabagambi is founder and Managing Director of Research Moguls Rwanda. He is a project management, design and evaluation expert with 20 years of experience in research design, including qualitative and quantitative analysis.

 

Over the years as a private consultant Arthur has conducted various qualitative and quantitative studies including evaluations, baseline studies and research studies for different projects, as well as being involved in the design and analysis of various business and development programmes and projects.

 

He has previously worked with local and international agencies including the UN, World Bank, Sida, DfID/FCDO and others with which he has been involved in capacity building and evaluation of their programmes focused on health, education, agriculture, ICT, governance, gender and other sectors. In all these studies he has either been a team lead or a team member, which has given him the collaborative skills and expertise required to deliver effectively on all relevant assignments. He has worked on projects in sub-Saharan Africa, but with particular focus on Rwanda and Uganda.
